Access to the concert is restricted to people between 18 and 65 years old who do not suffer from a serious chronic illness such as:

  • Diabetes mellitus
  • Hypertension
  • Ischemic heart disease
  • Any type of cancer under active treatment
  • Chronic lung diseases such as COPD or asthma
  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 during the 2 weeks prior to the event
  •  Have been in contact with a person with a confirmed diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 during the 2 weeks prior to the event.

Each purchase is limited to 4 tickets maximum.

Remember that the access protocol must be completed by all the attendants, not only the one who purchased the tickets.

It is mandatory to present the antigens test with a NEGATIVE result in order to access the venue.

The cost of the antigens test is included in the entry price.

To be able to make your reservation, you will need to specify the BARCODE for YOUR TICKET (located at the bottom of your PDF barcode)

Make sure you are available to attend the spot and test time you want to reserve.

Once the reservation is done, it will NOT be possible to MODIFY it.

The reservation is personal and intransferable (is associated with your ticket), it will not be possible to book on behalf of someone else.

Yes, you can change the name on your tickets until you schedule your antigen test.

Attendance to the concert is conditioned by the current mobility restrictions at the time of the concert.

In case of not being able to attend due to them, it won’t be possible to request a refund. Therefore, we recommend you be careful with how restrictions may affect you.
